摘 要

板带钢是钢铁产品的主要品种之一,广泛应用于工业,农业,交通运输和建筑业。宽带钢在我国国民经济中的发展中需求量很大。世界各国近年来都在注重研制和使用连铸连轧等新技术和新设备来生产板带钢。

本设计是年产300万吨的薄板带热连轧车间工艺设计。产品规格为:

?0.8~20.???1000~1600?mm。所用钢种为:碳素钢、低合金高强度钢、不锈钢。

论文主要内容包括:原料的选择、生产工艺的制定、典型产品工艺计算、主要设备和辅助设备的选择,并且对主要设备(轧辊和电机)的能力进行了校核,对车间主要经济指标、生产车间布置和环境保护,进行了设计和规划。

本设计到了预期要求,实际年产量382万吨。

ABSTRACT

Strip is one of steel and iron product. It plays an important role in the industry, agriculture, transportation and construction. The demand on the small section is very enormous in our country national economy development. In recent years, many new technologies and equipments, such as continuous casting-rolling, are developed to produce the small size in cross-section alloy steel shape in the various countries. This design is the annual output of 3.0 million tons of sheet strip workshop process design. Its product specifications range from?0.8~20.???1000~1600?mm, used steels of carbon steel, high strength low alloy steel, stainless steel

The paper manly includes the selection of raw material and subsidiary equipments and main equipments, formulation of production technology, technology calculation of the typical products, check the capacity of main equipments (including rolling mills and the electric motors). Setting about the products design it plans exactly the main economic index of the workshop and its arrangement, environment production and so on.

The design achieves the desired requirements with the annual output of 3.0 million tons.
