低品质煤大规模提质利用的基础研究立项报告

摘 要:低品质煤是指矿物、硫、水等杂质含量高的煤炭或煤炭分选产品,无论它是什么样的煤阶与煤种,都由于高含杂而利用效率极低甚至无法利用。煤炭是我国的主体能源,约占一次能源消费量的70%,然而我国煤炭资源禀赋条件差,低品质煤资源约占煤炭资源总量的40%。因此,这部分资源的大规模提质利用对于实现我国以煤为主的能源持续供给,保障经济快速持续发展具有重大战略意义。低品质煤提质是指利用物理和化学方法脱除其中矿物、硫和水等杂质,使之成为可有效利用的燃料或高品质原料。但是,由于对低品质煤中矿物、硫、水等杂质的赋存状态、复杂的体相结构和界面环境认识不够,对低品质煤提质利用的多相多尺度动力学机制与工程基础研究不足,严重制约了我国低品质煤资源的大规模开发。该报告围绕以下3个科学问题开展研究:(1)低品质煤中矿物、硫、水等杂质的赋存形态及化学和物理作用;(2)杂质组分脱除的能量作用机制和界面调控;(3)低品质煤大规模提质利用的流态化基础与过程动力学。总体研究目标是:针对我国低品质煤大规模开发的重大需求,研究煤中矿物、硫、水等杂质的赋存化学与物理,揭示杂质组分脱除的化学物理响应和界面调控规律,构建以稳定流态化与非均衡分离过程为特征的低品质煤大规模提质的工程基础,提出提质煤的燃烧、气化等高效利用途径与方法,形成我国低品质煤提质利用的理论体系与技术突破。 关键词:低品质煤 大规模 提质

Abstract:Low-quality coal refers to raw coal or coal-washing products containing high Impurities like minerals, Sulfur and moisture etc. Whichever stages or kinds it belongs to, these impurities deteriorate, sometimes even clear its efficiency. Coal donates our country’s energy systems for 70 percentages of Primary energy consumed. In 2010, Chinese coal production exceeds 3.2 billion tons and makes up for 45 percentages of the whole global coal production. Nonetheless, natural Chinese coal is poor with the low-quality coal making up for 40 percentages of the whole coal reserves. Therefore, upgrading of this portion has a great strategic significance to sustainable energy supplement and high economic development since coal donates Chinese energy. Low-quality coal

upgrading is a technology of removing Impurities like minerals, sulfur, moisture in coal and transforming it to useful fuel or high-quality raw material. However, since we don’t get a good knowledge of the occurrence, bulk structure and interface environment of these impurities, the kinetic mechanism Engineering Foundation multiphase multiscale Kinetic mechanism. follows:(1)Occurrence and chemical and physical effects of Impurities like minerals, sulfur and moisture in low-quality coal.(2)The Energy mechanism and interface control of removing impurities.(3)Fluidization base and kinetics of large-scale upgrading to low quality coal. Stemming from the significant demand in large scale development of low quality coal, this project studies occurrence and chemical and physical effects of Impurities like minerals, sulfur and moisture in low quality coal. Reveals the Interface control law and Chemical and physical response to remove impurities, builds the Engineering Foundation of large scale upgrading to low quality coal

characterized by Stable fluidization and non-equilibrium separation. Put forth the efficient way to use upgraded coal like Combustion Gasification etc. finally reaches a theoretical system of low quality upgrading and technology breakthrough.
