可以在生产现场筑水池,通过水泵使水循环对设备进行冷却,也可选用整套组合型冷却设备。炉体和电源分别采用两套独立(也可采用一套)的全封闭冷却装置。采用相互独立的二套冷却装置的目的是为了避免相互影响。冷却塔的下面有集水盘,内装喷淋用水,集水盘的进水口装有浮球阀,能够自动控制集水盘内的水位,出水口有喷淋水泵。因为中频电源需要低温的冷却水,出水温度要控制在55以内,由于电炉感应线圈的冷却水温度略高,这样反而能够提高电炉的热效率,同时减小冷却装置的体积,进而减低造价。全封闭冷却装置的核心是喷淋蒸发式封闭冷却塔。在冷却塔内部有许多散热盘管,循环水在盘管内部流动,与空气不接触。冷却塔的上部装有喷水口和冷却风机。工作时喷淋水泵将水泵到上部的喷水口,将水呈雾状喷淋到盘管外表面,冷却风机同时抽风,使喷淋水汽化从而带走盘管内循环水的热量。这种先进型式的冷却装置具有很高的换热效率。建议采用FSS-200封闭式循环冷却塔,能大量节约生产场地占地面积。 Water cooler: (optional)
