本文针对磁悬浮小球系统设计了PID控制器,实现了对对磁悬浮小球的控制。在分析磁悬浮系统构成及工作原理的基础上,建立了磁悬浮小球控制系统的数学模型,并设计了PID控制器,运用MATLAB软件进行仿真,得出较好的控制参数,并对磁悬浮控制系统进行实时控制,结果表明了设计方法的有效性。

Abstract

Based on magnetic levitation ball system, we designed a PID controller which can control magnetic levitation ball. On the basis of analyzing the magnetic suspension system structure and working principle, established a mathematical model of magnetic suspension ball control system and designed a PID controller. Using MATLAB to simulate and control the magnetic suspension ball control system timely, and get better control parameters. The result shows that the proposed method is effective.
