Abstract: Under the conditions of market economy, the development of the commodity residential high cost, not only causes real estate developers profit space narrow, lead to developers the increasingly fierce competition, the development costs too much, also would cause serious waste of resources for state construction. The article discusses the control commodity residential development costs, and the necessity of the land from cost, residential construction cost, residential sales cost and other cost four to analyze the residential district development costs of goods form, at the same time from four aspects puts forward how to control the commodity residential development costs, hope to inspire the follow-up study.
