摘要

本设计是伊泰集团酸刺沟煤矿一盘区设计。

酸刺沟煤矿位于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗沙圪堵镇东27km处,井田位于准格尔煤田中部,南北长约7.5km,东西宽约6.4~8.2km,面积约45km2。主采煤层为4、5、6和6上煤,井田地质条件简单。矿井工业储量为1326.67Mt。矿井正常涌水量为276m3/h,最大涌水量为400m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量低,为低瓦斯矿井。

矿井通风方式为中央分列式,通风方法为抽出式,主、副井进风,立风井回风。矿井只有一个水平,矿井采用综合机械化放顶煤开采法。

采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车运输。矿井年工作日为330d,每天净提升时间16h。矿井工作制度采用“三八”制,两班零四个小时生产,四个小时检修。

ABSTRACT

This design is Yitai group Suan-Ci-Gou Coal Mine Mining District design.

Suan-Ci-Gou coal mine is located in Erdos City in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Zhungeer Qi sand Ge blocks east27km, mine is located in the middle part of Zhungeer coalfield, the length is7.5km, east-west width of 6.4~ 8.2km, an area of about45km2. The main coal seam of 4,5,6 and6coal mine geological conditions, simple. Mine industrial reserves of1326.67Mt. Normal mine discharge is 276 m3/ h,400 m3/ h maximum gushing water. Mine gas emission low, low gas mine.

Mine ventilation for the central parade, ventilation method for

extraction type, main, auxiliary air inlet, air ventilation shaft. There is only one level of the mine, mine using comprehensive mechanized caving coal mining method.

Using belt conveyor coal, auxiliary transport using trackless rubber tire vehicle transport. Mine year work on330d, time 16h net every day promotion. Mine working system with\maintenance.
