摘 要
电力资源在国民经济中是一项不可或缺的能源,在热电厂的生产过程中,最基本的工艺过程是用锅炉生产蒸汽,使汽轮机运转,进而带动发电机发电。而锅炉在发电等工业生产过程中是必不可少的重要的动力设备,因此,锅炉生产过程中的各个主要参数必须严格控制。
本设计结合锅炉的生产工艺要求,针对锅炉汽包水位的动态特性,具体分析了单冲量、双冲量、三冲量锅炉汽包水位控制系统,并对其性能特点进行深入的分析和比较,最终选择了三冲量。本设计的主要工作包括:对象特性分析、系统方案分析比较和选择、硬件组成、软件控制方案以及控制组态等。

the boiler control system configuration of the hot
power plant based on MCGS --drum water level control system
Abstract
The power resource is one kind of necessary energy in the national economy,and the most basic craft process is that using the boiler to produce steam and let the vapor to turn,then driving the generator to generate electricity.while the boiler is the essential motive equipment in the production processes such as generate electricity process.So,each parameter in the boiler production process must be strictly controled.
Connecting with the craft requirement of the boiler,the design analyzes the one-variable、two-varisble、three-ariable boiler drum water level control system specificly aims at the dynamic characteristic of the boiler drum water level,and furtherly analyze their function and characteristics ,choosing the three-ariable control system in the end.The main work of this design includes:te object characteristic analysis、analyze compare and choose the system scheme、the hardware constitute、the software control scheme and control configuration etc.
