Once upon a time，the moon was very closely to the earth．But one day，an old woman who was cleaning her house was struck the moon by accident，but it began to cry in pain．Some local children thought this was very amused and they began to throw stones at the moon’s face，hurting it even more．A little girl felt sorry for the moon and told the other child to stop，but they wouldn’t listen．The moon was so hurt that it decided to live farther away from earth，so it would be safe from the children．This is because every month，the moon hides it face．The little girl，however，missed the moon so much that she began to sing a song to making it return．This is why，also every month，the moon turned its face to the earth again to smile to its only friend．
