基于RFID应用的IC卡设计 IC Card-based RFID Application

Design

摘 要

近年来,自动识别技术发展迅速,尤其是随着电子技术的高速发展和制造技术的不断进步,采用无线电和雷达技术实现的射频识别技术发展极为迅速,在物流系统、商业贸易、门禁防盗、识别技术和医学应用等领域中得到了极为广泛地支持和应用。

本文绪论部分描述了IC卡的发展和现状,第一章说明了本次设计的主要工作和任务。明确了任务之后,第二章首先介绍了IC卡系统,即IC卡和读卡器的工作原理,然后进行了设计方案的选择与论证,决定采用AT89C2051单片机作为系统控制器而非FPGA,接着描述了本次非接触式IC卡的设计方案并给出了IC卡硬件结构图。在第三章依次介绍了IC卡

系统硬件部分的设计,即天线的制作、整流电路、稳压电路、微处理器电路、开关电路。第四章介绍了IC卡系统软件部分的设计,首先就本次设计所要用到的单片机基础知识做了详细的介绍,这其中包括定时控制寄存器、工作方式寄存器、中断允许控制寄存器、串行口寄存器以及串行通信控制寄存器,然后具体阐述了IC卡上的单片机编程思想,最后是本次设计所用应答器发码程序。

Abstract

In recent years, automatic identification technology developed rapidly, especially with the rapid development of electronic technology and manufacturing technology continues to progress, using radio and radar technology to achieve rapid development of RFID technology in logistics, commerce and trade, access control security, identification technical and medical fields of application are extremely broad support and applications. Introduction This section describes the development and current status of IC cards, the first chapter describes the design of this major work and tasks. Defined the mission, the second chapter introduces the IC card system, that is, IC card and card reader works, then the design choices and arguments, decided to use AT89C2051 MCU as a system controller rather than the FPGA, and then describe of this non-contact IC card and the design of IC cards are given the the third chapter introduces the , that is, the production of the antenna, rectifier circuits, voltage regulator circuits,

microprocessor circuits, switch circuits. This chapter describes the design of software components, first of all use this design to the basic knowledge of SCM made a detailed introduction, which includes timing control register (TCON), work register (TMOD), interrupted to allow control register (IE), serial communication serial port registers and control registers, and then expounds on the IC card microcomputer programming ideas and, finally, this design made with transponder code program.
