Firstly, B2B system can bring new channels for companies. These channels include trading exchange, distribution network, direct selling, etc, which can provide revenue opportunities for companies.

Secondly, B2B system can bring new information products for companies. B2B technologies may capture data previously not available, and the packaging of the data may provide another product to sell. With these data, companies can make products more valuable.

Thirdly, B2B system can bring new services for companies. When companies are extending a process, opportunities exist to supplement the parties involved with new value-added services.

Fourthly, B2B system can bring higher customer satisfaction. By having a deeper relationship with customers, companies can have happier and more loyal customers who spend more money and return more often.
