China) Abstract: Educational practice is an important part during teachers’ vocational cultivation. And the in-post teaching practice is a “involution” of education practice of our teacher’s college in new age, which is suited to the needs from both prospective teachers’ vocational cultivation and local basic education’s development. Compared with conventional teaching practice, the in-post teaching practice has its own advantages and characteristics. So it’s the new way to improve prospective teachers’ abilities. And some important measures have been proposed from the actual needs, which would be carried out the work about in-post teaching practice. It certainly plays a very important role in improving the quality of talent cultivation in college schools, deepening teaching reform, and raising the influence in local regional quality education.
