一、概述

励磁系统是发电机重要组成部分,它对保证供电质量具有很关键的作用。现在广泛采用的主要有两种励磁系统,一种是有刷励磁系统,另一种是无刷励磁系统。无刷励磁系统是60年代末、70年代初在国外出现的一种新型的励磁方式。据有关资料介绍无刷励磁原理最早是由克来伦斯.算恩在1950年提出的,1960年西屋公司成功地把无刷励磁系统应用到大型的汽轮发电机上。无刷励磁系统具有如下特点: 1.无滑动接触部分,可靠性高,可长期连续运行而无需维护; 2.没有旋转接触的导电部分,不会产生火花;3.无整流子、滑环,因而不受极限容量的限制。无刷励磁系统由两部分组成、一是与主发电机同步旋转的励磁机、二是励磁机加励的调节部分也就是无刷励磁装臵。

GDER-2032W微机全数字无刷励磁装臵是由杭州发电设备厂专门为配套发电机无刷励磁系统生产的新一代双微机双通道双桥无刷励磁装臵,它采用了本单位最先进的GDER-2032型励磁调节器。GDER-2032型全数字微机励磁调节器具有完善的调节、控制及限制保护功能,并且在计算速度、抗电磁干扰、可靠性以及使用的方便性上都有了很大的提高。GDER-2032型微机励磁调节器适用于100MW以下机组,从三机励磁到自并励等各种方式的可控硅励磁,是现代中、小型同步发电机理想的励磁调节装臵。无刷励磁系统框图如图1所示。

二、 使用环境

1、海拔高度不超过2000米。

2、环境空气温度:最高温度为+40℃;最低温度为-10℃。

3、最湿月的月平均最高相对湿度为90%,同时该月的月平均最低温 度不高于 25℃。 4、在无爆炸危险及空气清洁的环镜中,及周围空气无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体
