大学生依恋类型与孤独感相关研究

内 容 摘 要

目的：本研究通过了解和研究大学生依恋类型与孤独感之间的关系，有助于广大教育工作者提高对大学生依恋类型与孤独感的认识与关注，有针对性地帮助大学生排解不良情绪反应，提高个体的情绪调节能力。方法：以某些学校200名大学生为研究对象,采用成人依恋量表（AAS）、UCLA 孤独感量表,对他们的依恋类型和孤独感进行评定分析。 结果：大学生依恋类型以安全型为主；孤独感处于中等水平；大学生孤独感在性别上差异不显著；大学生孤独感在专业上差异不显著；大学生不同依恋类型孤独感存在显著差异。结论：大学生依恋类型与孤独感之间存在显著负相关。

ABSTRACT

Objective: Through this study to understand and study the relationship between college students' attachment and loneliness, It Helps to improve the general education workers awareness of college students' attachment and loneliness and attention, and targeted to help college students to eliminate adverse emotional response, improve the individual ability of emotion regulation Methods: In some schools 200 college students as the research object, the adult attachment scale (AAS), UCLA loneliness scale, an analysis of the evaluation of their attachment types and loneliness. Results: College students' attachment style is given priority to with safe; Loneliness in a medium level; College students' loneliness on the gender difference was not significant; College students loneliness difference was not significant on major; College students significant difference exists among different attachment types of loneliness Conclusion: Significant correlation between college students' attachment and loneliness.
