【摘要】：
我国现行的《婚姻法》对家庭暴力只规定了身体暴力的行为，其实现实生活中不仅仅只存在家庭暴力，还有冷暴力、性暴力。家庭暴力的存在对受害人、家庭、社会有着严重的弊端，针对此，提出一些解决的方法，但是这些方法都需要经过实践的检验。
