明确强夯施工作业的工艺流程、操作要点和相应的工艺标准，指导、规范强夯作业施工。 2、编制依据

⑴场地平整，清除表层土，进行表面松散土层碾压，修筑机械设备进出道路，排除地表水，施工区周边作排水沟以确保场地排水通畅防止积水。

⑵查明强夯场地范围内地下构造物和管线的位置及标高，采取必要措施，防止因强夯施工造成损坏。

⑶测量放线，定出控制轴线、强夯场地边线，标出夯点位置，并在不受强夯影响地点，设置若干个水准基点。

⑷施工前应按设计初步确定的强夯参数在有代表性的场地上进行工艺性试夯试验。通过强夯前后测试数据的对比，检验强夯效果，确定有关工艺参数。 4.2施工工艺 4.2.1确定施工参数

⑶夯击遍数的确定

夯击遍数设计为2～3遍，根据地基土的湿陷性和湿陷系数确定，以试验结果为准。一般夯击三遍，也可两遍。第Ⅰ遍隔1点跳夯，第Ⅱ遍补第Ⅰ遍空隙，第Ⅲ遍补Ⅰ、Ⅱ遍空隙，夯完后达到锤印彼此搭接。

⑷夯击次确定

强夯施工每一遍内各个夯点的夯击次数，按现场试夯得到的夯击次数与夯沉量关系曲线确定（一般为5-15次），并同时满足：最后两击的平均夯沉量不大于50mm，当单击能量较大时不大于100mm；夯坑周围地面不发生过大的隆起；不因夯坑过深而使起锤困难这三个条件，且以使土体竖向压缩最大而侧向位移最小为原则。每个夯击点安排专人检查和记录击数，保证强夯质量。

⑸夯击点的布置

夯击点布置夯击点位置可根据基底平面形状，采用梅花形或正方形布置。夯击点间距可取夯锤直径的1.2～2.2倍。

⑹夯击遍数间隔时间确定

具体间隔时间取决于土中超静孔隙水压力的消散时间。等土层内孔隙水压力大部分消散，地基稳定后再夯下一遍。黄土夯击间隔时间不少于7天，对黏性土地基间隔时间不少于3～4周，具体由试夯确定。施工时首先保证夯击遍数间隔时间，并做详细记录，其次可根据实际情况调整施工流水顺序，安排合理的流水节拍，力争使各区段间达到连续夯击。杜绝间隔时间未到就强行施工现象，确保强夯质量。
