3、畜牧业工作。继续积极探索“册南模式”,大力实施草地畜牧业,推进农业产业化进程,确保生态建设与农民增收相结合,加大对养殖示范点建设,继续在伟爱组实施林下养鸡、养羊项目。切实抓好市场检疫、牲畜疫情的防治工作,搞好养殖技术服务,促进畜牧业稳步发展。全镇大牲畜存栏1222头(匹),其中马540匹,牛682头,黄牛469头,水牛213头,猪存栏1630头,山羊存栏3220只,家禽存栏7900羽。

4、蔬菜产业。积极调整种植结构,以借鉴“者楼模式”为载体,以市场为导向,加大早熟蔬菜产业的扶持工作,帮助种植农户购买地膜、种子、肥料等,在乃言河流域种植早熟蔬菜2000多亩,产值800多万元,全力打造乃言河流域20公里蔬菜长廊。

5、甘蔗产业。依托洋浦南华糖业集团落户册亨的良好机遇,把甘蔗作为主产业来抓,加强政策宣传,积极引导广大农户发展

6、国土工作。一是加强地质灾害防治和巡查工作。通过巡查全镇没有出现地质灾害隐患。对历年发生的地质灾害隐患检测点的检测也未出现新的变化,截止目前,全镇没有因地质灾害而造成的财产损失 。二是加强对基本农田保护,切实抓好乃言河流域土地整治项目建设,完成了乃言河流域土地整治项目90%以上工程建设任务,增强群众对耕地保护的使命感和责任感。三是开展农村居民建住宅的丈量、登记、发证工作,半年来共丈量登记发证农村居民建住宅共66户,用地面积5100平方米。各用地户均属旧屋基地和村内建设用地,没有出现占用耕地建房的现象。四是认真做好群众来信来访的土地权属争议工作。半年来接待调处群众来信来访的土地权属工作共8起,达成调解协议的6起,正在调查处理2起。历年遗留下来的土地权属争议还有5宗,其中,乡镇之间土地争议3宗,镇内村与村的争议2宗。

(二)认真落实各项强农惠农政策,民生工程建设成效明显 1、各项强农惠农政策得到全面落实。半年来,全面落实各项强农惠农政策,及时发放了各项补助资金。一是发放了粮食直补资金1.72万元,发放农资等综合直补资金38.76万元,惠农户2012户(省直打入一折通账户),发放2011年度能繁母猪补贴资金6500元,涉及农户21户(已经全部兑现完毕),发放2011年度小麦、油菜良种补贴资金15000元;二是及时审核摩托车下乡补贴资料56台,发放补贴资金31284.5元。
