新生代农民工论文：新生代农民工群体性事件研究
【中文摘要】当前,随着我国城市化进程的不断深入,大量新生代农民工涌向城市,取代老一代农民工,逐渐成为我国产业工人的主体力量。与第一代农民工相比,新生代农民工受教育程度较高,市民化、城市化倾向更加明显,具有更高的社会期望与更强的权利意识。也正是由于这些特征,当新生代农民工权利利益受到侵害时,他们会产生强烈的被剥夺感,这种剥夺感在利益申诉渠道不畅的前提下,会演变为对社会的一种不满,当这种不满积聚到一定程度时,就有可能爆发新生代农民工群体性事件。学术界对新生代农民工和群体性事件两个命题都做了很多研究,但是专门针对新生代农民工群体性事件的研究则不多。基于以上背景,本文将新生代农民工和群体性事件两个命题结合起来,在对新生代农民工的群体特征进行研究的基础上,对新生代农民工群体性事件的特征和成因进行了深入研究。本文首先阐述了新生代农民工的基本概念和群体特征,并指出这个群体所面临的主要问题。其次,结合群体性事件的概念分析,界定了新生代农民工群体性事件的概念,并重点分析了新生代农民工群体性事件的特征和成因。然后,运用案例分析法对两个典型的新生代农民工群体性事件进行案例分析,进一步验证新生代农民工群体性事件的特征和成因。最后,结合以上研究成果,从政府管理、企业建设和人文关怀等方面提出了化解新生代农民工群体性事件的政策措施。研究表明,新生代农民工群体性事件特征与其群体特征之间有密切的联系,由于新生代农民工
群体具有较高的社会期望,较强的权利意识和沟通方式现代化等特征,所以新生代农民工群体性事件呈现“燃点”较低、“非经济利益”冲突加剧、“无直接利益冲突”现象增加、传播手段更趋现代化和受社会关注程度较高等特征。而新生代农民工群体性事件的成因既源于社会矛盾的加剧,又源于客观上利益保障和利益表达渠道的缺失,同时与这个群体自身的特征密切相关,并且与政府的公信力不足有直接关系。化解新生代农民工群体性事件的措施主要是从群体特征和群体面临的问题着手,政府管理方面要加强新生代农民工利益保障和利益申诉渠道的畅通,并不断提升政府公信力;企业建设方面要确保工会的独立性,推进谈判协商机制建设;人文关怀方面要注重对新生代农民工心理问题,通过各种手段从心理上给他们一定的激励。
【英文摘要】At present, along with the constantly deepening process of urbanization,a large number of the new generation of migrant workers are pouring into the cities,and becoming the mainstream groups of migrant workers instead of the first generation migrant workers. Compared to the first generation of migrant workers, the new generations of migrant workers have higher level of education, members of the public, and the tendency of city obviously, and also have higher life expectancy and more awareness of their rights. Because of these characteristics, when their interests are violated, they will have a strong sense of deprivation,if the complaint for
interests is not handled suitably, the sense of deprivation will become a kind of social discontent, and it is possible to cause outbreak of mass incidents when the accumulation of such discontent to a certain extent. There were a lot of research on the new generation of migrant workers and mass incidents, but it is rare to find the research on both of them.Based on the above background, according to the study on the collective characteristics of new generation of migrant workers, characteristics and reasons of mass incidents involved in new generation of migrant workers are deeply explored by combining the two propositions of the new generation of migrant workers and the mass incidents. Firstly, the basic concepts and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers are described, and the principal problems faced by the group are pointed out. Secondly, the mass incident involved in new generation of migrant workers is proposed, and the characteristics and reasons of them are studied in depth. Thirdly, the characteristics and reasons are further proved by the analysis of two typical cases for the mass incident involved in new generation of migrant workers. At last, the policies and measures, which involve government management, enterprise construction and the humanistic care, are proposed to resolve
