宝塔山:巍巍宝塔山,滚滚延河水,人们歌颂宝塔,怀念宝塔,实际是在怀念延安岁月,歌颂延安精神,缅怀党中央在延安的革命业迹,是接受革命传统教育的好课堂。 黄帝陵:是中华民族始祖黄帝轩辕氏的陵墓。相传黄帝得道升天,故此陵墓为衣冠冢。1961年,国务院公布为全国第一批全国重点文物保护单位,编为“古墓葬第一号”,号称“天下第一陵”。黄帝陵古称“桥陵”,为中国历代帝王和著名人士祭祀黄帝的场所。

三、 参观教学的体验、感悟、思考
“为了提高教学效果,使学员学有所思、学有所悟、学有所得,省委党校在教学上推出了‘教学出题目,科研做文章,成果进课堂’的教学科研一体化模式。由对外培训部和党史部抽调精兵强将,组成课题组进行理论和调查研究,然后把成果在课堂上传授给学员。”省委党校副校长秦国刚说。
省委党校正在课堂教学、现场教学、社会实践相结合的新型教学模式的探索中。“毛泽东同志和党中央在延安13年,留下了大量的旧居旧址,这些地方蕴含着丰富的革命精神。”省委党校副教育长兼对外培训部主任吴铁博士介绍,“把这些旧居旧址作为干部教育现场教学的载体,在历史发生地讲述历史、点评历史、反思历史,可以增强教学的吸引力、感染力和震撼力。” 教学内容和形式的改变在带给学员全新体验的同时,也使教师经受着前所未有的挑战。毕远佞说:“以前讲课是跟着多媒体课件走,现在的现场教学需要思路清晰、表达流畅和极强的现场感。培训开始之前,我会先要一份学员名单,根据职务、职级的差别讲课内容也会有不同的侧重。同时老师和学员全程都在一起,对于学员的疑问,我们要有负责任的解释,这对教师的研究深度是很大的考验。”
四、延安干部学院简介:
