年产3万吨PVC聚合工段初步设计

摘 要
聚氯乙烯是由氯乙烯单体均聚或与其他多种单体共聚而制得的合成树脂。本设计是以氯乙烯单体为原料,对年产能力为3万吨的PVC悬浮聚合工序的初步设计。收集有关的化工设计资料作参考,按毕业设计大纲和设计任务书的要求进行设计。对聚氯乙烯发展状况及其性质,用途,工艺方法选择作了简要介绍,重点介绍了悬浮聚合法生产PVC聚合工段的设计。本设计在理论学习的基础上,结合生产实践,熟悉了工艺流程、生产方案的选择,掌握了工艺设计中的物料衡算、能量衡算、设备的计算和选型的方法。

ABSTRACT
PVC is a summary of synthetic resin copolymer by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, or a variety of other monomers. This design is the initial design of polymerization section with the annual PVC production capacity of 30,000 tons by suspension polymerization process based on vinyl chloride monomer as raw material. The design is finished according to the outline of design specification requirements of graduation design by collecting information on the chemical design. Development, properties, purpose and the selection of technology of PVC are briefly introduced. The suspension polymerization production of PVC is focused on. On the basis of theory study and combining with production practice, the process and selection of the production method are known well and the material balance, energy balance and the selection of equipment in process design are grasped.
