一、前期生存:
对于一个新创的企业来说,首要的目标是生存,然后才是着眼于
未来。所以在企业刚刚创立的开始、我们会在小规模的投产、在前期商品得到投资人、销售厂商认可后逐步加大产量、力求不堆积货物、产销比例合理,积极打出产品名号、建立市场品牌效应。
二、中期过渡:
严格控制产品质量、加强公司经营管理、树立雷霆科技的品牌,培育市场、加大产品环保、便捷、实用等广告宣传力度,积极拓展相关厂家、 成为国内三星、苹果等各类手机生产厂商的配套产品供应商,提供配套的太阳能充电器,寻求市场销售渠道。提高市场占有率。
