摘 要
机械加工工艺是用机械加工的方法改变毛坯的形状、尺寸、相对位置和性质使其成为合格零件的全过程,是实现产品设计,保证产品质量,节约能源,降低消耗的重要手段,是工人进行加工的一个依据。本课题研究CA6140车床后托架加工工艺规程,首先通过对零件图的分析,了解工件的结构形式,明确了具体的技术要求,从而对工件各组成表面选择合适的加工方法。再拟订较为合理的工艺规程,充分体现质量、生产率和经济性的统一。
机床夹具是在金属切削机床上使用的夹具统称。在现代生产中,机床夹具是一种不可缺少的工艺装备,它直接影响着机械制造加工工艺精度、劳动生产率和产品的制造成本等,故机床夹具设计在企业的产品设计和制造以及生产技术准备中占有极其重要的地位。机床夹具设计是一项重要的技术工作,是工艺装备设计中的一个重要组成部分。
本课题在设计的过程当中,遵循创新原则、安全原则、技术经济原则、工艺性原则、维护性原则的基本要求,并通过多方面进行调查研究以及吸取各方面经验,所制定出来的合理的、具体的设计方案。

ABSTRACT
The machining process is blank machining method to change the shape, size, relative position and the nature of the whole process of making it a good part, is an important means to achieve product design, to ensure product quality, save energy and reduce consumption, workers a basis for processing. The subject CA6140 lathe bracket process planning, first through the analysis of the parts diagram to understand the structure of the workpiece, defined the specific technical requirements, which the various components of the workpiece surface to select the appropriate processing methods. The formulation of a more reasonable process of order, fully embodies the unity of quality, productivity and economy.
Jigs and fixtures fixture collectively referred to as metal cutting machine tools. Modern production jigs and fixtures are an indispensable technology and equipment, which directly affects the accuracy of the machinery manufacturing process, labor productivity and product manufacturing costs, jigs and fixtures design in the product design and manufacturing, and production technical preparations occupies an extremely important position. Fixture design is an important technical work is an important part of the process of design and equipment.
The topics in the design process, which is to follow the principles of innovation, safety principles, technical and economic principles, the principle of technology, maintenance of the principle of basic principles, strictly investigate and study as well as learn from the experience of aspects, are worked out reasonable, the specific design programs.
