摘要:本文选择0.25g的阿司匹林、0.01的枸橼酸、0.034的淀粉和0.00675的滑石粉作为处方原料,采用湿颗粒型的制备方法。绘制出符合2010年版的GMP要求的年产500吨的阿司匹林片制剂的车间片面布置图,占地面积为38*12m2单层的独立厂房。车间由生产部分、辅助生产部分组成。生产部分包括:普通生产区、洁净生产以及洁净室;同时绘制出了具体的照明、空调平面图以及进行了原辅料的批投料量、年投料量以及包装材料的消耗量等物料衡算。

Abstract
This paper chooses 0.25 g of aspirin, citrate, and 0.00675 the talcum powder as raw materials for the prescription of starch, the wet granule preparation methods. To map the meet the requirements of the 2010 edition of GMP yearly produces 500 tons of unilateral arrangement of aspirin preparation workshop, which covers an area of over 38 * 12 m2 single independent plants. Production part includes: the common production, clean production and clean room; And draw out the concrete floor plan, lighting, air conditioning, as well as the raw materials in the batch of inventory, inventory and material balance, such as the consumption of packing material.
