摘 要

众多成功企业的经验表明,人才是企业的第一资源,是生产要素的重要组成部分,企业拥有人才就等于拥有未来的核心竞争力和竞争优势。“重视人才、培养人才、保护人才”已经成为现代企业的共识,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,对于被称为“朝阳行业中的朝阳行业”的保险业来说更是如此。在保险业快速发展的今天,保险人才的数量和质量对全行业的兴衰起着至关重要的作用。因此,本文的研究目的是明确我国保险企业人才流动的原因,进而得出解决我国保险企业人才流动的方案。全文主要从人才流动的起源研究、理论基础分析入手,研究我所实习的企业——中国平安保险公司XX支公司的人才流入与留出的现状和原因,提出解决的对策,并从企业人力资源管理层面对该企业未来人才合理流动的管理提出建设性的意见:选择好人才、使用好人才、建立优秀的企业文化、强化保险教育等,最终实现我国保险企业的健康、可持续发展。

Abstract

Many successful enterprises’experience indicates that human resource is the most important resource and the key production element in organizations.Talented person brings enterprise core competitive power and competitive advantages in the future.The importance of repecting,training and protecting talented person is recognized by almost all modern enterprise especially by insurance company because that human resource dominates whether the enterprise can win in competition. Nowadays,with the rapid development of insurance business,the quantity and quality of talents in insurance determines the success or not of the whole industry.Thus the purpose of this paper is to find the reason of talents transferring and carry out the way to solve this problem. The full text of the main flow from the study of the origin of human resources, analyzing the theoretical basis to study the practice of my business - the insurance company Ping An of China's Tangshan support personnel to stay out of the inflow and the current situation and the reasons put forward countermeasures,this paper points out strategy to solve talents transferring problem in insurance company.The strategy is to select and use talents in right way and establish the excellent business culture.The insurance industry can finally realize healthy and continues development.
