第一章 工程概况

1、本工程为大鹏办事处岭澳社区综合整治工程之大围居士民小组道路局部改造翻新,受大鹏办事处的委托,我公司对该大围居民小组道路进行改造。本道路按小区道路设计,属改造工程,道路宽5-15m,道路总长度

85米,设计车速为15km/h。

2、施工要求:现状路面为水泥路面,现奖原道路拆除,翻新成新的水泥混凝土路面。新建水泥路面:C35水泥混凝土路面厚22cm,6%水泥稳定

石粉渣厚20cm,总厚度为42cm。

第二章 编制依据

第三章 总体施工部署

3.1 项目组织机构

本工程委派有丰富现场领导和管理经验的项目经理担任本工程项目经理(项目负责人),并配备项目副经理、质检员、安全员、材料员等组成项目管理班子。项目经理部在项目经理领导下,作为本工程项目管理组织职能机构,全面负责本项目从开工到完工全过程的施工管理,生产指挥调度,技术质量安全,对作业层负有管理与服务的职能,以确保本工程的质量与工期达到业主的要求。

项目部班子主要成员及各主要组室的职责:

1、领导班子:由项目经理、项目副经理组成,负责对工程的领导、指挥、协调、决策等重大事宜,对工程进度、成本、质量、安全及现场文明施工等负全部责任。

2、技术组:负责编制工程施工组织设计,并在施工过程中进行动态管理,完善施工方案,对施工工序进行技术交底,组织技术培训,办理工程变更,及时收集整理工程技术档案,组织材料检验、试验、施工试验和施工测量,检查监督工序质量,调整工序设计,并及时解决施工中出现的一切技术问题。

3、施工组:负责组织施工组织设计实施,制定生产计划,组织实施现场各阶段的平面布置,安全文明施工及劳动组织安排,工程质量等施工过程中各种施工因素管理。

4、安质组:负责施工现场安全防护、文明施工、工序质量日常监督检查工作。

5、物资组:负责工程材料及施工材料和机械、工具的购置、运输,监督控制现场各种材料和工具的使用情况等。

6、预算组:负责工程款的回收,工程成本核算,工程资金管理,编制工程预算、决算,验收及统计等工作。

7、综合办公室:设专人负责接待工程周边群众来访、协调、解决施工扰民问题等事项;负责文件管理,劳资管理,后勤供应及与地方政府管理部门的对外工作联系及接待工作。
