【摘要】:本文讲述了发动机润滑系组成及功用,润滑油的选用及更换,润滑系
统出现常见故障的现象,常见故障的分析与诊断以及一些润滑系统故障的维修案例。让我们了解了发动机润滑系故障的一些故障现象以及排除故障的方法。随着汽车科技的发展,汽车的结构越来越复杂,我们只有掌握更多的知识和实践经验,才能更好地运用检测仪器快速准确地查找汽车的故障原因,并把故障排除。
发动机的润滑是由润滑系统来实现的。润滑系的基本任务就是将润滑油不断地供给各零件的摩擦表面使其充分润滑,以减少运动机件间的摩擦阻力和磨损,并通过润滑油的循环,驱走热量,降低温度,延长机件的使用寿命。如果维护保养不当,将导致发动机不能正常工作。因此,了解汽车润滑系统故障诊断与维护的方法显得尤为重要,它能让我们再现实生活中及时发现汽车润滑系统中常见的故障并及时采取有效措施将损失降到最低。

本课题的选题是论文指导老师提供的论文题目,之后学生们根据自己的学习情况以及专业知识的掌握程度选取课题的。本课题的研究目的是通过对润滑系统的故障与故障分析,了解发动机润滑系统的功能作用和工作过程,了解故障发生的可能性原因,并通过文献查阅法、实验法和案例分析法来确定故障根源以及解决方法,最后进行排除。
汽车故障诊断技术在过去的几十年中取得了迅速的发展,同时润滑系统故障的诊断技术也在发展着,20世纪40~50年代,国外就研发了以故障诊断和性能调试为主的单项检测技术,早期的检测诊断设备是以机械结构为主。单机人工操作;进入60年代后期,随着机电一体化的产生,汽车润滑系统故障诊断技术获得了较大的发张逐渐由单项检测技术演变成为技能进行维修诊断又能进行安全环保检测的中和检测技术;70年代初,出现了集检测控制自动化,数据采集自动化、数据处理自动化、检测结果自动打印等功能为一体的现代综合故障检测技术;80年代后期,随着计算机技术的发展与应用,一些先进国家的现代诊断检测技术已达到广泛应用的阶段,实现了汽车故障诊断控制的自动化,相应的汽车
