电子与信息技术的不断发展,给我国机床加工设备的现代化提供了强有力的技术支持。为了充分发挥设备效能,迅速提升加工技术与精度,越来越多的企业每年投入大量资金和技术对传统老式机床进行技术改造,取得了良好的效果。

镗床是冷加工中使用比较普遍的设备它主要用于加工精度、光洁度要求较高的孔以及各孔间的距离要求较为精确的零件(如一些箱体零件),属于精密机床。镗床除能完成镗孔工序外,在万能镗床上还可以进行镗、钻、扩、车及铣等工序。因此,镗床的加工范围很广。

T68型卧式镗床是一种精密孔加工机床,也是镗床中应用最广泛的一种。本次课程设计主要是T68卧式镗床的电气系统设计,描述了镗床的主要结构及运动形式,分析了T68卧式镗床的机械、电气控制原理,并对该型号镗床的工作特点及要求提供了详细的描述。

The development of electron and information technology, machine tool equipment for the modernization of our country provides a strong technical support. In order to make full use of the equipment and the rapid increase of processing technology and precision, more and more to the traditional machine technological transformation of enterprises every year to invest a lot of capital and technology, and achieved good results.

Boring is widely used in the manufacture of the equipment which is mainly used for precision machining, finish requirement high hole and the distance between each require a more precise parts (such as some body parts), which belongs to precision machine tools. In addition to finish boring boring process, the universal boring bed can also be used for drilling, boring. Diffuser, car and milling processes. Therefore, the machine processing range is very wide.

T68 type horizontal boring machine is a kind of precision hole machining tool, is also the most widely used in a boring machine. The curriculum design is the design of electrical system of T68 horizontal boring machine, describes the main structure and motion analysis of T68 boring machine, horizontal boring machine, electric control principle, and the type of boring machine the working characteristics and requirements to provide a detailed description.
