摘 要

本次设计是一个日产400吨胶印书刊纸造纸车间打浆流送工段。说明书主要有以下几部分:介绍设计依据并描述设计题目,工艺部分,在设计的两个流程中选择一个相对合理的流程,结合图纸对工艺条件进行了介绍与分析,进行浆水平衡计算,并说明了生产工艺及浆水平衡,进行了设备选型,最后为设计的总结、参考文献以及致谢。 关键词:胶印书刊纸,打浆流送,工艺平衡计算,工艺流程图

System to the Refining and Approach of Papermaking Workshop

Design of 400t Fine Paper per Day

ABSTRACT

It mainly about the Refining and Approach system of papermaking workshop

section ,which produces 400 tons of fine paper everyday.

The characteristic and design principle of approach system for fine

paper production were briefly introduced.

This design take commodity softwood pulp and hardwood pulp as the main

raw materials, after repulping, beating, matching into a pulp pool, the pulp then in sequence to a high voltage box, strong pulp pumps, purification system, screening system, flow slurry box, forming eventually transported into squeeze system . Based on the above mentioned each part ,the design to complete fine paper to \\high\quality property requirements on the reasonable and economic design .Improving the fine paper practicality.
