The design of ZL50 wheel loader driven bridge

Abstract: The design of ZL50 wheel loader driven bridge, which is mainly separated into

four parts, main transmission device design, the differential mechanism design, axle shaft design, and the design of the final drive. The main transmission drive gear adopts 35¡ãspiral bevel gear, the basic parameters and the geometric parameters of this type of gear is the key point of this design. After a few basic parameters of gear, such as number of teeth, modules and the sub-driven gear circle diameter was established, with a plenty of formula to calculate all the geometric parameters of gear, and then gear stress analysis and strength check. Know the structure and working principle of differential device, half-shaft the final drive, combining with the design requirements, a reasonable choice of their form and sizes. The differential device gear adopts straight bevel gears, axle shaft adopts full floating, and ultimately drive single row slowdown planets form.
