物料系统简介
1. 目的
1.1 确保公司从原材料到成品出厂过程中,每一工段的材料、半成品、成品都有相对应的编号。 1.2 基本原材料的编号可以保证相关部门采购正确的物料,同时保证仓库在原材料的仓储,分类,

统计等工作的正常运作。
以生产工序而编制的分阶料号, 使生产流程的安排、成品发货的安排、财务统计等工作更为方便。
物料编号的建立使部门与部门之间、工厂与客户、工厂与供货商的沟通简捷方便,同时便于各方面的记录及追溯。
物料系统 2.1
物料系统按照生产工序分为以下六个等级: 1)
成品组合( final product combination,缩写为FPC)
----发给客户的货物是几种成品以及配件的组合,那幺这个组合被赋与一个编号,即成品组合料号。
2) 包装成品(final product packing,缩写为FPP)
----已经被包装好的单个成品,包括成品及相应的包装材料的组合被赋与一个编号,即包装成品料号。
3) 组装成品(final product assembly,缩写为FPA)
----经过最后的组装工序并经过最后测试,已经成为一个具有相应功能的完成品。 4) 焊接半成品(solder semi product,缩写为SSP)
---- 经过波峰焊或回流焊到功能测试完毕为止的半成品(还需用组装一些材料或加焊一些部件才能成为组装成品前的产品)。
注:焊接半成品从03年11月下旬在BOM中取消其料号及结构,与FPA合并在一起。 5) 加工半成品(process semi product,缩写为PSP)
----指在上流水线之前,一些材料需要加工组合成流水线上可直接使用的组合部件,这样的组合部件例如打好AI的PCB,经过SMT贴片的PCB,已锁上7805的散热片等,统称为加工半成品。
6) 基本元器件(component)
---- 从供货商直接采购进来的基本元器件材料。(此处包括以W、T、H、P、C为阶位的材料)
2.2 物料编号
所有物料的编号(以上六个等级)都是14位,包括数字、字母、两个横杠、其它符号等组成的编码,格式如下:
1 3 4 5 6 7 2 8 9 10 11 12 其中第1位是阶位编码,固定表示为: 1----表示成品组合 (FPC) 2----表示包装成品 (FPP) 3----表示组装成品 (FPA) 4----表示焊接半成品 (SSP) 5----表示加工半成品 (PSP)
