中美纺织品贸易摩擦分析
摘要
目前，美国是中国最大的纺织品出口国。但是，随着中美关系的发展，特别是自世界纺织品配额取消以后，美国以国内纺织品市场因为中国纺织品进口增长速度过快而受到严重冲击为由，对中国纺织品进口采取各种抵制措施，导致双边纺织品贸易摩擦日益严重。因此，本文对中美纺织品贸易摩擦的成因分析，具有重要的现实意义。
论文采用文献研究法，描述性研究法，定量定性分析法，对中美纺织品贸易摩擦进行分析。论文分为四个部分:第一部分，绪论，分别对选题背景及意义，文献综述以及研究方法进行描述;第二部分，中美纺织品贸易现状及摩擦状况，分析近几年中美纺织品进出口贸易额，进出口结构，以及中美纺织品贸易方式，并论述中美纺织品贸易摩擦状况;第三部分:中美纺织品贸易摩擦发生的根源分析，就第二部分论述的中美纺织品贸易摩擦状况，分析其深层次的原因;第四部分:对策与建议，针对第三部分剖析出的原因，提出相应的对策与建议，比如就企业方面提出的，产业结构的调整，产品科技含量的提高，自主品牌的建立;就行业协会方面提出的，行业秩序与规章制度的规范，预警机制的建立;就政府方面提出的，市场机制的完善，贸易摩擦的处理。

Analysis of Sino-U.S. Textile Trade Friction
Abstract
At present, the United States is China's largest textile exporter. However, with the development of Sino-U.S. relations, especially since the abolition of the world textile quotas, the United States took a variety of boycott measures against China’s textile imports due to the severe impact on the domestic textile market due to the rapid growth in the import of Chinese textiles. The bilateral textile trade has become increasingly serious. Therefore, the analysis of the causes of the textile trade friction between China and the United States has important practical significance.
The paper adopts the literature research method, the descriptive research method, and the quantitative qualitative analysis method to analyze the Sino-US textile trade friction. The dissertation is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction, describes the background and significance of the topic, literature review and research methods; the second part, the status quo and friction of Sino-U.S. textile trade, analysis of Sino-US textile import and export trade in recent years The amount, the structure of imports and exports, and the trade patterns of textiles between China and the United States, discuss the current situation of textile trade friction between China and the United States; Section 3: Analysis of the root causes of Sino-US textile trade friction, and analyze the current situation of Sino-US textile trade frictions discussed in the second part. In-depth reasons; Section IV: Countermeasures and Suggestions, for the reasons analyzed in the third part, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as proposed by enterprises, adjustment of industrial structure, improvement of scientific and technological content of products, independent brands Established; on the industry associations proposed, the industry order and rules and regulations, the establishment of early warning mechanisms; on the government's point of view, the perfection of market mechanisms, the handling of trade frictions.
