塑料工业是一门新兴产业,自塑料问世后几十年,塑料来源丰富,制作方便及成本低廉、金属零件塑料化的发展很快,在机械电子、国防、交通、通讯、建筑、农业、轻工业和日常生活用品等行业中都得到了广泛的应用,对塑料模具要求量增加。因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。
通过对制作进行注射工艺性分析,综合考虑了产品质量要求和生产实际,确定了最佳工艺方案为一模两腔的结构形式。并对模具总体结构进行设计和分析论证,对工艺参数进行精确详细的计算。正确选择了注塑设备,并对塑料零件进行设计,设计过程中利用了注射模国家标准和典型组合。提高了模具设计效率,适应了当代模具设计要求,最后对主要零件的加工工艺过程及装配进行了介绍。 关键词:模具设计、结构分析 abstract
plastics industry is an emerging industry, since several decades after the advent of plastic, plastic source of rich,

transportation, communication, construction, agriculture, light industry and daily necessities and other industries have been widely used, on the plastic mold requested increase. therefore, the research injection mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improves the product quality to have the very big significance.
the production of injection process analysis, considering the product quality requirements and the actual production, and determine the best technical scheme for mold two cavity
structure. and mold the overall structure design and analysis of process parameters for accurate, detailed calculation.
correct selection of injection molding equipment, and plastic parts design, design process using the national standard and the typical combination of injection mold. improve the
efficiency of mold design, adapted to the contemporary mold design requirements, finally the main parts machining process and assembly is introduc
