低年级教研组工作计划
新学期开始了，面对以往的教学成绩，我们低年组教师决定一切从零做起，以新的面貌迎接新的学期，决心在新的学期里努力学习、刻苦钻研完成本学期的教学任务和教研活动任务。为能使教研活动开展得有声有色，特制定本学期的教研活动计划，以下是本组的教研活动计划：
本学期决定教研活动六次，每次活动安排三名教师主讲，在授课前要备好课，教师要写出教案、说课材料，听课教师要写好听课记录，以中心校常规教学管理考评细则为基准，同时要写好评课材料，评课材料要及时，到位，语言要充分，体会要深刻，以此促进教师间互相学习取长补短，同时每节课都要用“先试后导、先练后讲”的教学策略，充分运用尝试教学法的教学模式进行授课，以此提高组内教师的教学水平。

二、教师队伍情况分析：
我们低年组教研组共有教师三名，我们有经验丰富的老教师周淑华老师，有一定教学经验而又精力充沛、干劲十足、上进心极强的刘艳龙、侯秀新老师。年轻教师们虚心好学，能积极投身教研教改，运用自己所学的先进知识与理念，大胆进行课堂教学创新。
三、主要目标
1. 全员参与教研活动，做到活动有准备，有主题，有过程，有效果，有记录。
2. 构建富有个体色彩的自主有效的课堂教学机制。真正把改革落实在课堂教学中，提高课堂教学质量。
3. 积极探索“尝试教学法”的课堂教学模式，深入课题研究、注重研究过程、经验的积累和成果总结，建立个人教学研究档案盒，提高教研组的整体科研水平。
4. 重视教师的发展，通过开展教师间相互听课，提升教研质量，提高教学质量。
