项目融资是一种新年型的资金筹集方式,有利于改变我国建设项目融资的紧张局面,但由于是项目融资难度很高、专业性很强，所以存在着巨大的风险。研究项目融资的诸多风险有利于更好的利用项目融资。
本文着重研究了项目融资风险的管理。包括风险的识别、风险的评估、风险的分配和风险的应对等几方面的内容。首先详细分析了项目融资的系统风险识别和非系统风险识别；其次，引入可动态分析的定量评估法进街上评估，对项目融资进行了量化处理；再次建立了项目融资各参与方的风险矩隈，按照风险最优分配原则为各类风险确定最优承担者，通过以上几方面研究，使我们掌握风险发生的概率、可能性和大小，为各类风险控制的实施提供依据，并为不同类别的项目融资风险提出了防范和管理措施。最后指出了目前我国在项目融资风险的管理上存在的一些问题，并针对不同的问题提出了相应的策略。

This text studies the financing of the project risk management. Including risk identification, risk assessment, risk allocation and risk response. First detailed analysis of the project financing system to identify risk and non-systematic risk identification; Secondly, introduction of dynamic analysis of quantitative assessment method evaluation of the project financing for the quantification; re-establish the financing of the project participants in the risk matrix, Optimal allocation of risk in accordance with the principles of various types of risk to determine the optimal shoulder. Through the above aspects, so that we grasp the probability of risk, probability and size, for all types of risk control for the implementation of the basis, and for different categories of project financing of risk prevention and management measures .Finally, the current financing of the project risk management on a number of issues, and address various issues raised by the appropriate strategy.
