摘要

本设计矿井为XX 市某煤矿新井设计,设计生产能力为1.2Mt/a,服务年限62.85a。根据设计要求,井田的工业资源储量为15751.59万吨,可采储量为105.58Mt。井田走向长8km,倾斜长5km,煤层平均倾角15°,属于缓倾斜煤层。

本设计矿井采用双立井的开拓,单层大巷布置方式。共划分十一个采区,其中首采区为211采区,布置一个工作面同时生产。采煤工艺为综采,大巷采用胶带输送机运煤。年工作日为330d,采用“三八”工作制,工作面长为180m,截深0.865m,班进两刀,第三班检修。

由于井田走向较长,且为缓倾斜煤层,以及煤层地质条件等因素影响,决定本井田内全部采用走向长壁采煤法开采。

主井装备:12t箕斗,钢丝绳罐道,箕斗由四根钢丝绳提升。副井采用1.5t罐笼提升。副井采用一套为1.5t矿车单层单车双罐笼提升设备,槽钢组合罐道。

矿井通风方式为中央分列式,通风方法为抽出式。 关键词:立井;上山开采;大采高;单巷掘进;中央分列式

Abstract

1 矿区概述及井田地质特征

1.1 矿区概述 1.1.1 交通位置

该矿井田位于XX省X县之西南约10 Km,井田外形为不规则菱形。其范围:西南以小煤矿(局部以9#煤层露头)和F40断层为界,西北及东北分别止于F2及F18断层,东以F22、F19、F34断层为界,东南止于F12断层南北长约8 Km,东西宽约5 Km,面积23.1Km2。

京广铁路和京深高速公路及107国道由矿区东侧通过,工业广场至X车站8 Km,距X站10Km,矿区运煤专用铁路在X车站与XX线接轨,储煤场与107国道有公路相连,X到X市有9路公共汽车往返行驶,交通十分便利。 矿区交通示意图如图1.1
