带式输送机毕业设计论文

摘要

本设计是对输送带的改造,主要是通过添加线摩擦驱动装置。 本论文中主要介绍:首先,对输送带的组成,工作原理和相关参数进行了简单的介绍;其次是介绍线摩擦驱动原理及相关计算原理;最后部分是改造设计计算和校验。

本设计中对比了输送带改造中常用的几种方案,最后确定采用用线摩擦驱动装置。设计中主要涉及:胶带的选型(织物层),胶带的检验,辅机长度计算和位置的确定,及辅机的组成! 关键字:输送带,电动机,摩擦。

ABSTRACT

The aim of this design is to alter the conveyor belt, mainly through adding the line friction drive equipment.

What is mainly introduced in the present paper is as followed: First, to introduce the composition of conveyor belt, the work principle and the correlated parameter. Second, to introduce the principle of line friction drive and the correlated calculation principle. Finally, to transform the design calculation and verify it.

In this design several kind of plans are contrasted which are used to transform the conveyor belt, finally the line friction drive equipment is determined to use with. The design mainly involves: the choosing of adhesive tape (fabric level), the examination of adhesive tape, the length calculation of auxiliary engine and position determination, and auxiliary engine composition!
