摘 要
随着工业技术的发展,在低压供电系统中启用配电柜越来越多,特别是机加工车间线路里面采用集中控制线路的原则更加需要配电柜。低压配电柜的设计是否合理关系到整个生产线设备安全可靠的运行。配电柜在机加工车间里起到分配电能,及控制设备电源的作用,配电柜的设计与制作首先考虑的是控制对象的负荷功率的大小,根据负荷的大小才能正确地选用低压电器。考虑到车间负荷较大采用两种配电柜,一种是电源柜,另一种是动力柜,电源柜起到分配电源的作用,动力柜起到控制设备电源作用,根据实际需要,这次毕业设计要设计一个电源柜和一个动力柜,我们的设计思路是安全,可靠、经济、美观、维修方便。
关键词:配电、负荷计算、低压计算的选择。
ABSTRACT
With the development of industrial technology, in the low-voltage power distribution equipment power supply system to enable more and more, especially in machine shop lines the inside line with the principle of centralized control is more necessary power distribution equipment. Whether the design of low voltage distribution cabinet reasonable relationship to the whole production line equipment safe and reliable operation. Distribution cabinet to play in the machine shop in the distribution of electric energy, the role of power and control equipment, power distribution equipment in the design and production of the first consideration is to control the size of the object load power, according to the size of the load can be properly selected low-voltage electrical. Taking into account the larger plant load distribution using two cabinets, one is the power supply cabinet, the other is the power cabinets, power distribution cabinet to play the role of power, dynamic power control equipment to play the role of cabinet, according to actual needs, the Graduation to design a power supply cabinet and a dynamic cabinet, our design idea is safe, reliable, economic, aesthetic, and easy maintenance.
