（1）对进场的钢管和扣件进行全数检查，对未刷防锈漆的要求刷防锈漆进行保护，对锈蚀严重和存在质量缺陷的钢管和扣件不得投入使用，并及时督促施工单位清退出场。
（2）搅拌站、切割机、调直机、现场临时配电箱等设备场前提供产品合格证书。
（3）工程上使用的计量和测量仪器提供产品合格证书和校验报告。 2 .3、模板安装工程质量控制措施
（1）要求模板及其支撑体系的承载力、刚度和稳定性必须满足设计要求及安全规范规定，模板拼缝必须严密，避免漏浆，同时要求模板接头处必须平整，保证砼成型后外观质量满足设计要求。
（2）复核柱及剪力墙模板垂直度是否符合规范要求，对每一施工段的梁、板、柱及剪力墙的截面尺寸、标高、轴线进行复核，确保砼成型尺寸符合设计要求。2.4、钢筋制作安装工程质量控制措施
（1）督促施工单位加大自检力度，坚持跟班检查钢筋制作、安装质量，保证钢 筋的锚固长度、搭接长度、钢筋接头位置等构造要求符合设计及施工规范规定。 （2）监理工程师不定期巡查，对钢筋的制作、安装进行严格控制，检查过程中发现问题要求施工单位及时整改，经复查符合要求后方同意进行下道工序施工。 （3）对每一施工段柱钢筋电渣压力焊的焊接质量进行全数检查，不合格的和有质量缺陷的一律要求割除重新焊接，并按照规范规定的取样频率由监理工程师见证取样送检。

（3）砼浇筑过程中，监理人员进行全过程旁站监理，严格控制砼供料、振捣、浇筑质量，同时要求施工单位安排专业钢筋工、木工及水电工跟班看护相应工种的施工质量，发现问题及时整改，并按照规范规定要求施工单位留置同条件及标准养护砼试块，旁站监理人员作好旁站监理记录，如实反映砼浇筑情况。 （4）砼浇筑完毕后的7d内，要求施工单位必须安排专人定时对砼浇水养护，保持砼表面处于湿润状态。
2.6、水电预留、预埋的质量控制措施
（1）检查预埋管件壁厚、内外径、焊缝刀口毛刺等原材质量及防锈漆的涂刷。 （2）对现场预留预埋构件全数检查，确保预留预埋准确无误、无一遗漏。 （3）检查柱筋电渣压力焊的防雷接地跨焊焊接质量及可靠性。 （4）水、电监理工程师签认隐蔽验收记录后方可砼浇筑。 六 质量评定情况

基础定位放线经监理复核后，可进行基础土方开挖。当挖至设计标高而全部或局部未挖至持力层土层时，须及时通知设计单位、甲方、勘察院等相关单位进行研究处理。
