高压共轨EGR中型柴油机OBD标定技术探讨

摘要：按照法规要求，在满足国Ⅳ排放法规的同时，必须加装OBD系统。本文主要介绍了匹配了BOSCH电控高压共轨系统和EGR+DOC+POC方案的中小型发动机，OBD的基本原理和标定方法流程。

Abstract: OBD system is equipped when emission standard has met with EuroIV emission standard .Middle and light duty diesel engine with electrical controlled high pressure common rail system and EGR +DOC+POC are introduced in this paper.Basic principle，test method and calibration procedure of OBD are introduced particularly.

随着国Ⅳ法规于2010年7月1日在我国部分地区实施，排放法规要求更加严格，同时要求装用压燃式发动机汽车及其压燃式发动机、装用以天然气（NG）或液化石油气（LPG）作为燃料的点燃式发动机的所有车辆必须加装OBD（On-Board Diagnostics）系统。OBD为车载自动诊断系统，是一种用于控制车辆排放的在线监测诊断系统，通过监测排放相关部件和系
