摘 要
企业筹资，是指企业作为筹资主体根据自身的生产经营、对外投资和优化资本结构等需要，通过筹资渠道和金融市场，运用各种筹资方式，经济有效地筹措和集中资本的活动。是企业财务管理的首要环节。筹资方式的选择恰当与否直接影响到企业是否能够健康合理的生存发展并获得较好的经济效益。因此，企业筹资时必须认真分析如何选择恰当的筹资方式，考虑各种方式的资金成本，进行恰当的筹资组合。在市场经济中，企业筹资方式总的来说有两种：一种是内源筹资方式，即企业将自己的留存收益和折旧转化为投资的过程；另一种是外源筹资方式，即吸收其他经济主体的资金，以转化为自己投资的过程。随着技术的进步和生产规模的扩大，单纯依靠内源筹资已很难满足企业的资金需求，外源筹资已逐渐成为企业获取资金的重要方式。目前企业外源筹资方式主要有以下几种：发行股票、发行债券、银行借款、商业信用、融资租赁、吸收直接投资等。本文分析了影响企业选择筹资方式因素，及各种筹资方式的优缺点，为企业合理的选择筹资方式提出了几点建议。

The discussion of enterprise financing way
Abstract
Enterprise financing, refers to the enterprise as the main financing according to their own production and business operation, foreign investment and optimize the capital structure need, through the financing channels and financial market, use all kinds of financing ways, economic effectively raise and concentration of capital. Is the first step of enterprise financial management. Financing way the choice of appropriate or not directly affects the existence and development of enterprise whether can healthy and get good economic benefit. Therefore, the enterprise financing must carefully analyze how to choose appropriate financing way, consider the various ways of cost of capital, financing combination of properly. In a market economy, enterprises financing way generally has two kinds: one kind is endogenous financing way, namely the enterprise will be retained earnings and depreciation into investment process; Another kind is exogenous financing way, that is, to absorb other economic subject, to be converted into their investment process. With the progress of technology and the expansion of the scale of production, relying on endogenous financing has been difficult to meet the demand of enterprise funds, exogenous financing has gradually become an important way in enterprises access to funds. The enterprise exogenous financing ways mainly have the following kinds: issuance of stocks, bonds, bank loans, commercial credit, financing lease, absorption direct investment This paper analyzes the factors influencing the enterprises choose financing way, and the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of financing ways, reasonable choice for the enterprise financing way puts forward some Suggestions
