摘 要

发展城市轨道交通系统已成为我国解决城市交通问题的必由之路,其中以地铁车辆系统最为典型且应用最广。车端连接装置是地铁车辆最基本也是最主要的部件之一,其作用是连接机车车辆、减缓列车的纵向冲动(或冲击力)、传递列车电力、通信控制信号和连接列车风管。

本课题针对我国地铁车辆的要求,对车端连接装置进行了系统分析。其中对密接式车钩与列车风挡进行了着重研究。自动密接式车钩采用弹簧装置作为手动解钩和复位机构,钩体端面进行了优化设计。带缓冲器和无缓冲器的半永久牵引杆定位孔采用长圆孔结构。

风挡装置不仅要美观舒适,还应具有良好的纵向伸缩性和横向、垂向柔性,以承受和适应车辆之间在运行中的错动和冲击,保证列车安全通过曲线和道岔。因此地铁风挡的选型必须满足上述要求。

ABSTRACT

Developing the city truck traffic system has become the main route to solve the problem of city traffic, which subway system is the most typical one. The connecting device is one of basicparts of metro vehicles. It links each vehicle of the train,reduces pull force or impulsive force at the running and translate task of train,transfers the train power,control signal.and links the train pipes.

In order to satisfy the requirement of the metro vehicles in our country, systems analysis has been taken for the connecting device,which focuses on the tight-lock and the train windshield. The automatic tight-lock coupler adopted spring set for manual separate lock and replacement. The semiforever traction rod fix buffer and unfix buffer adopted long round whole structure. The casting parts include coupler body, fixing seat, semiautomatic coupler bracket and semiforever bracket have carried into execution with casting technologic designed and simulative concreting analysis. The elastic rubber mud buffer has the characteristic of more capability ,less impedance force ,high absorb rate. The high pressure and hermetical structure ensure the hermetic capability and the running life.

Windshield device not only should be beautiful and comfortable, but also has a good vertical and horizontal scalability, vertical flexibility to withstand and adapt to the vehicle in operation between the dislocation and impact, to ensure train safety through the curves and turnouts.Therefore,the selection of the subway windshield must meet the above requirements.
