本工程为富春江慢生活体验区美丽乡村精品线工程（枫林对面山丘节点）景观绿化，建设地点为位于桐庐县富春江镇。本次施工方案主要是山丘挖除施工方案。枫林对面小山丘山体，是原有自然山头，阻碍我方施工，需进行人工、机械挖除处理。 二、编制目的
为山体削坡施工质量及施工安全，达到施工组织设计总体方案中预定的安全管理目标，根据相关法律、法规要求，编制此专项方案，做为指导山体挖除施工的纲领性文件之一。具体施工过程中，必需按方案中的技术措施、安全措施施工，切实保证山体挖除施工的安全。
三、施工准备
1、制定好现场场地平整、山坡开挖施工方案，确定开挖路线、顺序、标高、边坡坡度及土方堆放地点。
2、完成测量控制网的设置，包括控制基线、轴线和水准基点。 3、修筑好土石方运输临时便道。
4、机械设备进场，进行维护检查，试运转，使之处于良好的工作状态。
5、开挖线上部不稳定岩体、松动岩块，直接影响下部作业安全，都进行清除处理。
6、 弃土场布置都满足环境保护、水土保持和安全生产的要求。

四、施工技术方案
1、在施工前详细复查山丘工程地质资料，包括原有水池边界线、山土石边界线、岩层深度、岩层破碎程度等。
2、根据设计横断面的边坡坡比（1：0.75）、碎落台宽度1m，自甲方所定基底高程1258.30m起以上每1m一个碎落台、宽度1m，准确计算矿山坡顶的开挖线，并进行测量放样。

1m h=1258.30 3、石方开挖。小山丘较高，为避免直接开挖发生山体坍塌事故，在开挖的过程中挖掘机在山上沿坡顶线严格按照测量放样坡度进行开挖、并向下方倒运，为保证施工中边坡稳定和边坡防护的施工作业，采用阶梯法进行开挖，按设计要求的高度设置碎落台，形成阶梯边坡。装载机在山坡脚处进行土石外运，现场管理人员要掌握好下方外运进度，以防止在一处开挖量过大，致使山体掏空产生坍塌事故。 五、安全施工保证措施
