工业园区论文：工业园区 信息化 管理系统
【中文摘要】近年来,随着信息技术,特别是网络技术的飞速发展,信息化已经成为世界各国普遍关注的焦点。在国民经济和社会信息化发展过程中,政府信息化管理的作用日益突出,为政府部门提高工作效率、规范办公、方便沟通、协同工作开辟了崭新局面,有力促进了一个国家或地区社会与经济发展。其中,工业企业信息化发展步伐较快,工业园区的信息化管理却是薄弱环节,我们通过对国内外工业园区信息化建设的基本理念、建设原则、管理体制、运行机制的研究与分析,寻求我们政府在工业园区推进信息化建设进程中的规律与路径,借鉴经验、整合资源,使工业园区能通过推进信息化建设来加强管理与服务的职能。本文以上海市金山区经济委员会组织研究和开发工业园区信息化管理系统(平台)为例,从该园区对信息化管理的实际需求出发,以管理系统的具体功能和实施过程为角度,并通过参考国内外先进的信息化平台建设经验,研究分析当前工业园区信息化管理存在的具体问题,并提出相应的对策及措施,以提高工业园区综合管理的效率与水平,进而拓展到政府对工业园区信息化管理的总结与思考。
