小学新六艺校本课程计划

Delegates, staff: Hello! in the run-up to the Spring Festival, we held one session of four staff representatives Conference 2013-workshop, full back in 2012, careful analysis of the current situation, discuss 2013 development plans. Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. --Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions performance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removal efficiency of more than 99.8%. --Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. 一、培养目标

贯彻党的教育方针,体现时代要求,通过新六艺课程与国家课程、地方课程的协调配合,培育学生继承、发扬中华民族优秀文化传统和革命传统,初步养成以爱国主义为核心的民族精神;培养学生个性特长,养成健康的审美情趣和良好的行为习惯;培养学生的人文素养、科学素质、创新精神、实践能力;促进学生初步具有中国心理、世界眼光、传统体认、现代意识;促进学生逐步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观;使学生成为德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的一代新人。

二、课程基本理念

新六艺课程的基本理念,我们称之为化育思想。

化育思想是以国家教育方针为指针,以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为哲学基础,以中华民族优良人文传统为依托,并批判借鉴西方人文主义教育思想以及现代教学论、课程论,由此探索构建的适应中国现代化建设需要的教育思想。

化育思想的核心信念是弘扬中国文化传统中人文化成的理念。《易》曰:观乎天文,以察时变;观乎人文,以化成天下。唐代孔颖达注释云:人文,则诗、书、礼、乐之谓;当法此教而化成天下也。孔子曰:兴于诗,立于礼,成于乐。先哲们的这些论述,揭示了中国古代人文化成理念的基本内涵,成为我们化育思想的理论渊源。因此,化育思想,我们也称之为化成教育思想。它是以人类优秀文化科学知识为教育内容,以化育为教育方法,以促进学生人格健康成长为目的的教育思想。

化育思想的基本宗旨是培养学生的人文精神、民族精神、时代精神。

三、课程基本结构和性质

小学新六艺校本课程包括新诗教、新书教、新乐教、新礼教、新科教、新武教共计六门课程。

小学新六艺课程的性质属于在教育行政部门指导下自主开发的校本课程。小学新六艺校本课程由涪陵城区教育办公室主持,涪陵城区六所小学共同参与研究和开发。

小学新六艺校本课程与中国传统六艺教育有明显的传承关系,但绝不是复古。小学新六艺校本课程是在马克思主义和现代教育理念指导下,根据时代要求,对中国传统六艺教育精神的继承和发展。它既应具有明显的历史传承性,更应具有鲜明的时代性。

四、课程基本要求

小学新六艺校本课程总的要求是:突出人文关怀,强化传统熏陶,促进个性发展;注重实践,崇尚创新,德艺双修。

小学新六艺各门课程的基本要求如下:

新诗教课程:设置诗歌课,继承和弘扬中国诗教优良传统,推进中国诗词进校园,强化中国传统诗词和现代诗歌教育,以之补充和拓展小学语文和艺术教育。培养学生对诗词的兴趣和爱好;小学阶段学生背诵古体诗150--200首;培养学生诗词朗诵习惯和初步技能;了解中国传统诗词和现代新诗基本常识;开展儿歌、儿童诗习作教学,尝试古体诗和现代新诗习作教学。使学生初步了解中华诗词的辉煌成就,培养学生的爱国情操;培养学生健康的诗歌审美情趣,发挥诗教的育人功能,以诗性培育人性。

新书教课程:设置书法课,改进写字课教学,强化中国书法教育,以之补充和拓展小学语文和艺术教育。重视培养学生的书法兴趣和爱好,培养学生书法审美意识和初步的书法审美能力。强化书写技能训练,开展必要的书法常识教学;在硬笔书法教学的基础上,加强毛笔书法教学;在学习楷书的基础上,重视行书的学习;在临摹的基础上注意体现学生个性;

新礼教课程:设置礼仪课,加强中国传统美德教育、社会主义新文明风尚教育以及现代礼仪教育,以之补充和拓展品德课教育。从规范学生行为习惯做起,培养学生良好道德品质和文明行为。以学生守则和日常行为规范教育为基础,贯彻“爱国守法、明礼诚信、团结友善、勤俭自强、敬业奉献”的基本道德规范,批判吸取中华礼教优良传统。注重培养学生的亲情、友情、师生情、乡情和爱国情感,以之作为礼仪教育的情感基础。倡导集体主义精神和社会主义人道精神,树立心中有祖国、心中有集体、心中有他人的意识,学习处理人与人、人与社会、人与自然等基本关系,以之作为礼仪教育的认知基础。知行结合,以礼仪行为作为学生最基本的道德实践,以礼修德,以礼立人。

新乐教课程:开设乐教课,加强和改进音乐教育。开展声乐和器乐基础教育,培养学生初步的演唱能力和演奏技能,每个学生会演奏至少一样乐器(含竖笛或口琴)。培养学生健康的音乐审美情趣。与新诗教、新礼教、新武教等学科的结合,拓展学校艺体教育,弘扬中国教育传统中“兴于诗,立于礼,成于乐”的理念,以乐成人。

新武教课程:开设武术课,拓展体育课教学。弘扬中华武术传统,培养学生尚武立德,机智勇敢,拼搏进取,强身报国。新武教应与新礼教紧密结合,以礼习武,以武修德;培养学生武术活动爱好和自觉锻炼身体的良好习惯。每个学生掌握适合小学生的武术基本功法和拳术、器械套路十套。
