采矿课程设计

摘要

本设计基于响水煤矿地质条件,设计煤层为2号煤层,采区设计年产量为1.20Mt/a。 采区内2号煤层厚5-6.5m,平均6m,倾角6°-8°,平均7°左右,局部含夹矸,结构较简单、稳定,属于低瓦斯煤层。经计算,采区工业储量3223.16Mt,保护煤柱损失量300.27Mt,设计可采储量2922.89Mt。

根据采区地质条件,提出三个技术上可行的准备方案。方案一:一煤一岩上山;方案二:两条岩石上山;方案三:两条煤层上山。通过技术经济比较,最终确定使用方案二。为保证单个工作面产量达到采区设计生产能力,计算出工作面长度为200m。工作面采用“三八”制作业,两班割煤、一班检修,截深0.6m,每个采煤班割2刀。采用沿空留巷技术,区段间不留煤柱。经计算,采区实际生产能力为1.26Mt/a,服务年限为24.4年。

设计采用综采工艺,采高6m,用全部垮落法处理工作面的采空区,通风方式为U型通风。根据生产技术条件及三机配套原则,确定工作面设备为:采煤机型号MG300-W、液压支架型号ZZ4400/18/38,刮板输送机型号SGZ-764/264。

ABSTRACT
