摘 要
本毕业设计题目是JDY500搅拌机的工艺工装设计,JDY500型单卧轴式强制式搅拌机是随着混凝土施工工艺的改进而发展起来的新型机。单卧轴式混凝土搅拌机搅拌筒内主要由一根搅拌轴,可见搅拌机是其中一个重要零件,工艺工装的设计关系到生产一批零件的效率和质量。
本工艺规程说明书主要有零件图的工艺分析,包括零件的结构分析、技术条件分析;毛坯的设计,包括毛坯种类的确定,毛坯的工艺要求以及主要表面的加工方法;工艺规程的设计,包括工艺路线的制定,热处理及工作环境等。
另一部分内容是夹具的设计,包括其方案设计,总体说明,夹具的构造特点及原则。夹具体的设计包括引导装置的设计,夹具体毛坯的选择,定位装置的设计,还包括定位夹紧装置的选择。

Abstract
The subject of graduation is Process Equipment Design of Mixer,with the improvement and construction technology to develop a new type of aircraft 。Coaxial-lying concrete mixer mixing barrel compose mainly by a stirring shaft,Visible Shaft Is one of the important parts,Technology and equipment design related to the production of a number of parts efficiency and quality 。
This procedure instructions includes Process Analysis of the Parts ,Including Analysis parts of the structure、Technical Analysis,design of Rough ,Including the rough species identified,The technological requirements of rough and processing methods of the Main surface 。The design of process planning,Including the development of process routes,development the Size of process,Heat treatment and Work environment etc。
The other part is fixture design,Including its design,General Information,characteristics and principles of construction of fixture。Specific design folder Including Boot Device,The specific choice of blank folder,Positioning Device,also includes the choice of locating and clamping devices。
