基于WITNESS的生产物流系统仿真

摘要:随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快,制造企业间的竞争越来越激烈。对于现代制造业而言,降低产品成本是企业在竞争中取胜的关键环节。由于加工过程中各种资源、机床设备的加工能力已经确定,要想再从生产过程中取得明显的效益提高已经是相当困难,而物流过程仍是一个可研究并具有较大潜力可挖掘的领域。因此,生产物流系统的研究是提高企业生产效率,降低生产成本,提高设备利用率的重要手段。

生产物流系统属于具有高度随机性的复杂离散时间系统,用传统方法分析比较困难。计算机仿真是对真实系统的模仿,能够全面正确的描述有大量随机因素存在的复杂系统,对于分析一般不容易处理的不确定性特别有效。Witness仿真系统提供给用户关于实际系统决策过程的更广阔的视角和详细的流程信息。本文应用Witness的仿真功能,进行生产物流系统过程的仿真,完成了对生产物流系统过程的元素定义、可视化设置、细节设置、模型运行等内容,并对结果进行了分析与优化。

Production Logistics System Based on Simulation Witness

Abstrac :With the quickening pace of global economic integration, between the manufacturing enterprise more and more competition. To the modern manufacturing sector,to reduce product cost is the crucial link in the competition to win.The processing of all kinds of resources, the capacity of processing machine equipment have been identified,it is very difficult to achieve increased efficiency from the production process, but the logistics process is still able to be studied and has greater mining areas with great potential. Therefore,study of the production logistics system is the important means to increase production efficiency, reduce production costs and improve the equipment utilization.

Production logistics system is a kind of the complex discrete event system with high degree of randomness,traditional analysis becomes more difficult. Computer simulation is the imitation of the real system, can fully correct description of the existence of random factors exissting in complex system, and very effective to deal with the general uncertainty.The simulation system of Witness offers users about the actual system decision-making process of a broader view and detailed process imformation. This paper applied the simulation of Witness functions,to production logistics system,completing the process of simulation of production logistics system,visual elements define the process of establishment and,model opreation and so on.And the results are analyzed and optimization.
