工程实践与科技创新[3A] 设计报告

摘 要:
本实验报告是关于单片机控制DC-DC开关电源系统的设计,介绍了以单片机AVR ATmega16、脉宽调制器芯片TL494为核心器件通过控制调节输出PWM波 的方法,实现20V~30V直流电源电压输入状态下在5V~10V之内稳定的直流电源电压输出。
报告包括了DC-DC开关电源及其开环闭环控制系统的主要功能,系统的技术指标,调试分析,针对用户操作的详细说明,对双电源并联均流输出的深入扩展研究,心得体会和实物照片等等,包括了与此相关的理论和实践中的各种问题。

ABSTRACT
This report describes the DC-DC system controlled by singlechip,including the design to control the PWM wave through the chip AVR ATmega16, chip TL494 and other circuits, so as to generate a DC power supply ranging from 5V to 10V while the input voltage ranging from 20V to 30V.
This report introduces further explanations of inner workings of the DC-DC switching power supply; including the designing and implementations of its control system and major functions. The design specifications, together with the debugging and testing process, as well as user instrustions manual are also attached.
