摘 要

薪酬管理是我国企业激励机制的主要内容和手段,对我国企业的改革和发展起着关键性的作用。企业薪酬的有效管理关系到整个企业人力成本的合理控制、员工整体满意度及企业竞争力等一系列问题。一套合理的薪酬管理体系可以让企业在不增加成本的情况下提高员工对薪酬的满意度,这是大多数企业都愿意做的。但薪资的水准应由什么因素来决定?薪资是否应与绩效联系在一起?如果是,绩效薪资应占薪资的比例是多少?企业薪酬管理的关键是要从本企业的实际情况出发,找到适合企业自身发展的薪酬体系。本文就江西省三益服装发展有限公司薪酬管理的现状做了阐述,对公司薪酬管理中存在的问题进行了原因分析,并提出了加强公司员工激励与薪酬管理的对策。

ABSTRACT

Salary management incentive mechanism of enterprises is the main content and means, to the enterprise reform and development, it plays key role in our country. The salary relates to the effective management of the enterprise human cost of reasonable control, the staff overall satisfaction and enterprise competitiveness and other series of problems. A set of good salary management system can improve employee satisfaction of salary without any cost, this is most enterprise are willing to do. Which factors should salary level obey? Whether salary should be linked with performance? If it is, what is the proportion of performance salary in salary? The key is to base actual conditions of this enterprise, in order to find a suitable enterprise development itself compensation system. This article expatiate on the employees incentive compensation management and salary management present in sanyi clothing development Co., Ltd, jiangxi province, the problems which exist in the reason analysis, and put forward to strengthen the company employees incentive compensation and management countermeasures.
