电梯走进人类生活已经有158年的历史,在现代社会中,它已经成为高层建筑不可缺少的垂直交通运输工具。随着经济的不断发展,科技的不断进步,人们对电梯的要求也越来越高,电梯控制技术也得到了很快的发展,其拖动技术已经发展到了变压变频调速,其逻辑控制也由PLC 控制代替原来的继电器控制。
本文在研究电梯基本结构的基础上,阐述了电梯的拖动原理和控制原理,采用了PLC 和变频器实现对电梯的常规控制,通过合理的选择和设计,利用安川VS-616G5型变频器可编制速度曲线的特点为电梯舒适度的提高,提供了技术支持,大大提高了电梯的控制水平,使电梯达到了较为理想的控制和运行效果。同时,利用旋转编码器发出的脉冲信号构成位置反馈,实现电梯的精确位移控制。最后,通过PLC 程序设计实现电梯的变频调速、楼层计数、开门等控制,使电梯运行更加可靠、舒适、安全、经济。

The elevator step in human's life has been 158 years of history, in the modern society, it’s a necessary vehicle for high-building’s perpendicular transportation. With the development of economy and the improvement of technology, the requirement of elevator is more and more paid attention to, so the elevator gets quickly development, its technology has developed to drag the PSA Frequency Control, the logic control Also by the PLC to replace the original relay control.
The article was based on the fundamental structure of elevator, clarifying the elevator's drive and control principle, it adapts PLC and inverter, achieving the normal control of elevator by reasonable choice and design,use of Yaskawa VS-616G5-speed converter can be prepared for the lift of the characteristics of the improved comfort, to provide Technical support. Greatly improving the control of the elevator, so that the lift reached a better control and operation results. At the same time, using a rotary encoder pulse a position feedback, and lift the precise control of displacement. Finally, PLC program designed to achieve through Frequency Control of elevator, the floor count,to open the door of control and so on, so the elevator is more reliable, comfortable, safe, affordable.
