普通车床数控化改造-进给系统及刀架设计

摘 要

普通车床的数控化改造一般是指对现有普通车床的某些部位做一定的改造,配上经济型数控装置或标准型数控系统,从而使原车床具有数控加工能力。数控化改造后的车床自动化程度高,专业性强,加工精度及生产率高;适应多品种、中小批量生产;数控改造费用低,经济性好;能发挥机床原有功能和改造后的新增功能,提高机床的使用价值;数控改造周期短,可满足生产急需。本文以CA6140车床为例,对普通车床进行了数控化改造设计,主要研究内容如下:

分析普通车床的结构组成及其功能,研究确定普通车床数控化改造方案,并进行经济性论证。根据普通车床的加工能力,对车床的主轴箱进行部分改造并简要说明。根据机械、动力学及电气设计原理以及机床进给系统的要求,对切削力进行计算,选择合适的滚珠丝杠并进行装配设计。设计选择滚珠丝杠支承方式与相应的轴承、步进电机。选择设计自动回转刀架并进行相应的校核验算。根据所改造的性能和精度指标来选配合适的数控装置系统。给出普通车床数控化改造的安装、调试方法。

Abstract

The numerical control innovation of common lathes generally means to transform the existing common lathes, just make transformation of certain parts, installing economic numerical control device or standard computer numerical control system, thus making the common lathe with NC machining ability. After numerical control innovation the lathes possess high degree of automation, good professional ability, high machining accuracy and productivity; adapt to the multi-species, middle and small batch production; low NC reconstruction expenses and good economical efficiency, which can play the original function and reform machine new function, and improve the use value of machine. NC innovation can meet production needs with short transformation period. Take the CA6140 lathe as an example, in this paper to process numerical control innovation design of common lathes. The main research contents are as follows:

Analysis the structure, component and function of the common lathes, and identify the numerical control innovation scheme of common lathes and do economy demonstration. According to the common lathe processing ability, design partial reconstruction of the lathe spindle box, and give brief illustration. According to the mechanical and electrical design principle, and the machine feeding system requirement, making calculation of cutting force, and choose appropriate ball screw and assembly design. Design choice ball screw supporting mode and to choose corresponding bearings, stepping motor. Making selection of design automatic rotary tool post and corresponding checking calculate. According to the properties and transformation of precision index to select suitable numerical control device system. Give installation and debugging method of common lathes numerical control innovation.
